About La Hacienda Pink Pigeon Villa | 2 Bedroom Villa
La Hacienda is a community of guest houses perched on Lion Mountain, on the south-eastern coast of Mauritius. Each guest house is secluded and surrounded by luxuriant native forests and vegetation offering an eco-wilderness experience. The villas are designed in a way giving a 'boutique hotel' ambiance with stunning panoramic mountain and sea views.
Grand Port
Located in the southeast corner of Mauritius, Grand Port is known as the cradle of Mauritian history, a reminder of the island's colonial past. With, on the one hand, indigenous forests housing a range of endangered plants and animals and, on the other hand, beautiful stretches of white sandy beach and deep blue lagoons with relatively well-preserved underwater flora and fauna, ideal for snorkelling, Grand Port stands out as a unique destination where one can enjoy the beauty of both the land and the sea.
- As from 01st October 2021, Covid-19 protocols applicable for Mauritian Citizens or Holder of local Residents' Permit (subject to change as per the Tourism Authority):
- Vaccination card and ID card are compulsory, and must be presented at reception counter upon arrival
- All non-vaccinated guests against Covid-19 will not be allowed access to Villa/Apartment
- Children under 18 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time. They will be allowed to stay in the same Villa/Apartment if accompanied by their parents or a relative (adult) who is fully vaccinated
- ALL locals should be fully vaccinated at least 30 days prior the event - with 2 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine recognised by the Mauritian authorities
- The validated vaccines are: AstraZeneca Covishield, AstraZeneca Vaxzeria, Covaxin, Johnson&Johnson (1 dose), Moderna, Pfizer, Sinopharm, Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sputnik V
- If guests do not have the 2 doses or if the PCR test done is positive, the concerned authority will not take overall current bookings
- Villa/Apartment is rented for the number of persons indicated at the time of booking
- No visitors are allowed, except with the permission of the management. If approved, full names and vehicle number plate of visitors should be provided
- Covid-19 Lockdown Protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled & refunded as a store credit in your MariDeal account only
